Sadie Amara Calvano, an American actress who is most well-known for her role as Violet Plunkett on the CBS sitcom "Mom" she has been gaining lots of attention. Calvano, a Californian native had a first interest in competitive gymnastics. Then, she chose to be an actor. In 2010 she was first seen on screen with an episode of the CBS series "NCIS.' In the crime drama biographical movie J Edgar, she made her debut on the big screen just a few months later. In subsequent years, she firmly established herself among the top actors of today's young. In 2011, she received a nomination in the Young Artist Award, Best performance by an Actor in the Younger Years of Actress in a Television Series for her role in "NCIS". In 2013, in recognition of an appearance in Disney XD's "Kickin' It Comedy Series, she received another nomination for the Young Artist Award. Calvano was one of the principal cast members of the show's initial three seasons, and also made several appearances in Season 4. In 2015, she was awarded the Gracie Allen Award of Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star for her appearance in Mom.
